The 黑社区 211 Human Resources department oversees the employment process for all 黑社区 211 staff.  Human Resources provides information on personnel-related policy and procedures throughout the 黑社区.  The office also coordinates with the Business office in fulfilling the benefits and payroll functions of the 黑社区. Human Resources is responsible for maintaining compliance on state and federal policy for personnel management and licensing requirements.
